A Letter from the Executive Director
At The Heart Matters Ministry, Inc. dba Heart Matters Outreach, our mission was born out of compassion and a call to respond.
In February 2019, I established Heart Matters Outreach as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization after witnessing, firsthand, the under-resourced community
members and the growing number of elderly individuals struggling to navigate unexpected life challenges. Many are left vulnerable due to sudden hardships,
limited resources, and the increasing reliance on technology that often excludes those who need help the most. What I have seen is not just a lack of services,
but a lack of advocacy, dignity, and consistent support.
Heart Matters Outreach exists to be that bridge.
Our organization is dedicated to providing charitable outreach and support services that address the unique and often overlooked needs of underprivileged
single women, mothers, and the elderly. From the beginning, we have strived to be more than a service provider. We aim to be a trusted partner, an advocate,
and a source of hope for individuals facing difficult circumstances.
We take a holistic approach to service by addressing physical, mental, and emotional health, social, recreational, logistical, and financial needs through targeted
programs designed to restore stability and independence. Some of our programs include: Advocacy Support, Notary Public Assistance, Medicare, and Medicaid
Assistance, and Welfare Resource Support.
Every service we provide is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that no one should face life’s challenges alone.

strengthen communities, restore dignity, and ensure that help reaches those who need it most.
